Living Medicine runs practical workshops, courses and walks in London and beyond in how we can use plants and foods to support our health and manage common conditions safely.

We tailor these to a wide range of people - the general public, community groups and patients for GP social prescribing. Scroll down for courses and free handouts.

Our short sessions Foods & Herbs for Health and Food & Wellbeing Remedies for Parents and Toddlers are safe and evidence-based for patients and public alike.

Our award-winning 5-part course, Self Care with Food & Herbs, runs at Chelsea Physic Garden and in Marlow. Single sessions can be taken, but we strongly recommend starting with the Basics session in all our courses as this lays the foundation for all the rest.

Courses

Our 2020 courses are currently running in Marlow and Chelsea Physic Garden
